Who May Use 8bb

To register and use an 8bb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8bb strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You are accessing 8bb from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering as an individual using your own true identity and are not acting on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an 8bb account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are using funds that belong to you and have been obtained lawfully. You are not depositing proceeds of crime or using the platform for any money-laundering purpose.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on 8bb. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited. If 8bb detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts may be closed immediately, pending balances may be forfeited, and any winnings generated while multiple accounts were active may be voided.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document or passport.
• Your valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will be used for account verification and password recovery purposes.
• Your date of birth, which may be verified against identity documentation if requested by 8bb at any point during your account's lifetime.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords or verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 8bb will never ask you to share your password or OTP. Any activity occurring on your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to 8bb support prior to that activity occurring.

Deposits

8bb accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable minimums and maximums:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets — minimum deposit ৳100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your 8bb account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction. Card deposits are subject to your card issuer's international transaction policies.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 8bb reserves the right to request verification documents for any deposit before crediting the funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket withdrawals: minimum ৳500. Verified accounts are typically processed on the same business day. Unverified accounts may experience delays pending identity verification.
• 8bb may require identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal, including a copy of your national ID (NID) and proof of your registered mobile number. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure.
• Withdrawal requests involving funds that have not met applicable bonus wagering requirements will be declined or adjusted to remove the portion of the balance attributable to ineligible bonus funds.

General Bonus Policy

From time to time, 8bb offers promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrants, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot games, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-relevant occasions. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms and the general bonus policy set out in this section. Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by 8bb are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount. Players should read individual offer terms carefully before opting in.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible game types count towards satisfying wagering requirements. Free-play or demo-mode activity does not contribute to wagering completion.
• 8bb reserves the right to void bonus amounts and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to manipulate, circumvent, or abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the validity period stated in the individual offer terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

8bb takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated at any time by contacting 8bb customer support via live chat:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit into your 8bb account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session time limits — restrict the maximum duration of a single playing session. When the limit is reached, your session will end and you will be logged out automatically.
• Time-out (cooling-off) — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 1 and 42 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block all access to 8bb. Self-exclusion is irreversible once confirmed. Players who feel gambling is no longer recreational and has become a problem are strongly encouraged to use this option. 8bb does not solicit players who have self-excluded.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8bb platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or registering using false, incomplete, or another person's identity information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds obtained through criminal activity, fraud, or any form of financial deception, including stolen payment credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results, including in live poker or live dealer games.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age, have been self-excluded, or are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.

All content on the 8bb platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, page layouts, and the overall platform design, is the property of 8bb or its licensed content and technology partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the 8bb platform without prior written consent from 8bb.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bb's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall be limited. Specifically, 8bb shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a player as a direct or indirect result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, sports event results, or bonus wagering.
• Temporary or prolonged service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events outside 8bb's reasonable control.
• Any consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 8bb platform, even if 8bb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

8bb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to maintaining multiple accounts, providing false registration information, or engaging in prohibited conduct as set out in Section 6.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise, pending investigation.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf under applicable safeguarding provisions.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) may be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification and investigation, at 8bb's sole discretion. Bonus balances and winnings generated through conduct that violates these Terms will be forfeited.

8bb collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 8bb uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. 8bb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without individual notice to players. Your continued use of the 8bb platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole recourse is to cease using the platform and, if you hold a positive real-money balance, to request a withdrawal before closing your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause restricts either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief where applicable.
